Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken1 egg
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place ground chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, crackers, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt in a medium bowl.
- Knead mixture until evenly combined.
- Form mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
